Today, the West Virginia Department of Health proudly launched an informational listserv designed to keep the public up to date on upcoming requests, events, and other relevant updates in relation to the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
“We are excited to launch this mailing list and allow interested parties direct access to updates on the initiatives they are most focused on,” shared Secretary of Health Dr. Arvin Singh. “We want people to stay connected, engaged, and excited about the great work we are accomplishing through this program.”
“Whether you are a stakeholder, a provider, a resident, or someone simply curious about the program, we encourage you to subscribe to the listserv and remain updated on RHTP and its impact on our state and our communities,” added Dr. Carrie Jeffries, Director of RHTP.
Those who would like to receive email updates on RHTP can do so by visiting RHTP Listserv | WV Department of Health and clicking the ‘subscribe here’ button at the top of the page. Upon clicking, there will be a redirect to a form asking for basic information such as name, email, and RHTP areas of interest. Subscribers can choose between general updates or a combination of any of the program’s seven flagship initiatives.
This includes:
- Connected Care Grid Initiative
