During the partial federal government shutdown, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), administered by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, will continue normal operations and eligible households will receive monthly benefits for January. We are monitoring the situation closely and looking at options should this shutdown continue into February.
